Assalamu alaikum! Three things that are most apparent about me are my smile (not in a vain way; I'm just a happy person, alhamdulillah), my sense of humor and my love for coffee. While i consider myself to be an introvert, others say i come across as an extrovert. People describe me as smart, introspective, and kind. I can be timid, but warm up easily to people I like. I'm curious by nature, and try to be open-minded. I would consider myself to be fairly religious, alhamdulillah! Over the years, my understanding of Islam has changed pretty drastically. No one is perfect and i do try and better myself in my deen in a consistent way insha'Allah. My faith and ritual practices are important to me. I do question dogma a lot though, and I think that is healthy so long as my core faith in God and his message is solid. I would like to reach a place where my faith is rooted in love, and not fear/judgement.
I'm looking for someone who will be a trustworthy and loyal companion, intellectual equal, and best friend. Someone that can make me laugh, be easy going, and someone with a kind soul. I'm just looking for someone who i can get along with and be best friends with. Someone understanding and supportive is very important to me. Someone who wants to go adventures and try new things is a plus!
