Asalmualaikum, Alhamdulillah, growing up as a kid, I was fortunate enough to have parents who taught me Islam, the value of hard work, caring for people, being a positive agent of change and giving back to community. As a young man, I still uphold those values and strive to live by them every day. I live by Islam to the best of my ability with the single intention to seek the pleasure of Allah swt. My family and friends describe me as honest, pious, determined, ambitious, romantic, humorous, compassionate, caring, fit, strong yet sensitive and kind hearted. I belong to a small family and a humongous extended family that predominantly reside in the state of Karnataka. After having brought up in the United Arab Emirates, I moved to Canada where I completed both my Engineering and MBA degree. With the intention of settling in Bangalore, I moved to India in Aug of 2015 after spending 14 years in Canada. Being ambitious and having an entrepreneurial mind-set, I am focusing on our humble family business and will be exploring other business opportunities. I strongly believe in community engagement and giving-back. I have volunteered for various non-profit organizations and Muslim community outreach organizations. This is the least we could do as part of our community obligations. I believe in maintaining ties of kinship as ordained in the Quran and see it as essential in cementing our community. I do attend Islamic conferences and lectures whenever I can in order to learn more about our deen, to become a better person and to get closer to Allah swt. I offer salah and read Quran daily. I am an advocate of health & fitness and keep myself fit by regularly exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I always encourage my family and friends to exercise and help them reach their fitness goals.
I am looking for a life partner with strong eman, family values and a beautiful character who will stick by me in this journey of life. A pious and loyal woman with whom I would spend the rest of this life and eternity, iA. Because of my interests and values, someone who is pious, athletic or pro-fitness, kind hearted, God fearing, humble and family oriented, would most likely be a good match for me. Ethnicities and nationalities are no barriers as long as they are willing to reside and adjust to life in India. Unfortunately, my first marriage did not work out as my ex-wife (her second marriage as I married a divorcee) wanted out. I can share more details in due time. I would also encourage talking to my friends, family and extended family members. Given the circumstance, someone who is broad-minded and is comfortable marrying a divorcee would be best. I pray that Allah swt guides us to find the right person for the benefit of this world and the hereafter.
