**I should probably mention that I wrote the essay portions years ago and can't be bothered to edit them at this time**
I am intelligent and curious but rather absent-minded; I have strong faith but am not extreme; I remember that God will judge us and avoid at least major sins;I try to apply critical thinking before believing everything anyone(including religious authorities)calls 'Islamic';I like Eastern martial arts, and would love to train;when I say I'm curious, I mean I love to learn more about how the world works,particularly through scientific means-I'm not the type of 'curious' person that's always nosing around other people's business;my friends think I have a good sense of humor(or maybe they don't dare say otherwise-they also think I can be hot-tempered (not so much anymore, IMHO) and sharp-tongued sometimes);I'm creative and extremely imaginative;I'm also moody;I'm extroverted at times and very much a loner at others. My nickname says it: I'm unique(otherwise known as eccentric, which is the classy word for weird).
Reading, music (various Western styles), movies, TV, writing, singing.and I can think of a whole bunch of things that I'd love to do if I get the opportunity.
I love my family, for all their nuttiness.

intelligence and sense of humor are important,as is wit;self-confidence;someone not ruled by other people's opinions;scientifically inclined and creative;not a misogynist;honest and faithful(none who might ever cheat,no flirts and none of those girl-OGLERS);a professional who loves what he does and does it well;and of course,I should find him attractive,both in appearance and personality. Of course, he should share my ideologies-no compromise about that. And he can't drink, smoke (that includes cigarettes, hookah, etc.),do drugs,EVER(or gamble,etc.no big sins at the very least, 'kay?)
Oh, and if you have a traditional view of male and female roles, you've got the wrong girl.
I'm not really looking for Middle-Easterners, since I could meet those on my own, but if you happen to originate from the region but never fit in with the culture (the culture, not the religion), there might be a chance.
